Refund policy

Deposits on our pre-order items are non-refundable within 3 days after receipt
• Any delays related to sea shipping are beyond our responsibility.
• Deposits on our available models are fully refundable before delivery within 48 hours from the time of order.
• If you wish to cancel after 48 hours of purchase and have not yet received the item; There will be a 15% reservation fee. (Non-customized items)
• If you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase, you can return the product within
3 days of possession; Reselect another mode With a 25% restocking fee or return the product with a 30% restocking fee.
• Advance notice is required if you need assistance moving your old items, and additional fees will apply.
• Please ensure your aisles and aisles are clear to accept delivery (i.e. snow and ice).
